Emergency Readiness — Community Research & Preparedness Audit
Embedded research for Strengthening Communities (BKLVLUP x Ground3D x NYC OEM/COAD). I named the 'art of the pivot' — the same emergency message has to reach a 70-year-old without a smartphone, a parent who doesn't speak English, and a teenager who won't read a pamphlet.
